A Mørck’s Story
We’re so happy that Caylie Mørck, granddaughter of our founder Petter Mørck, has started the Arbonne Essentials 30-Day Feeling Fit Kit and will be blogging about her experience. Please remember that Caylie’s experience is unique to her, and Arbonne makes no claims regarding the benefits you will achieve from use of our products beyond those set forth in the Arbonne Essentials product labeling. This Kit is intended to assist you in your quest for a healthy lifestyle, but it is not a weight loss program. Any weight loss that Caylie may report in her blog during the 30 day program cannot be confirmed as attributable to the Kit. Committing to a healthy lifestyle, which includes a healthy diet and exercise, is required for positive changes. Please consult your physician before starting any lifestyle, exercise or diet change.
Caylie Morck is currently an Online Marketing Intern with Arbonne.

Hi everyone! My name is Caylie Mørck and I’m a twenty-year-old Online Marketing Intern here at Arbonne. I was born and raised in Southern California and have had a strong connection to the company ever since I can remember. My grandfather, or as I called him growing up, Farfar, was the founder of Arbonne International back in 1975. My dad has also worked here for the majority of my life and you could say that, as a toddler, the old Arbonne headquarters was my playground. I’ve seen how much the company has grown and I’m super excited to be interning at the company for the first time. Anyways, enough of the back story, the reason I’m writing this blog is because starting July 8th I am going on the Arbonne Essentials 30-Day Feeling Fit Kit.
I just spent the past ten months traveling (and eating) my way through South America and although it was the experience of a lifetime, the food in that part of the world isn’t exactly health conscious. So, coming back to reality and weighing myself for the first time in almost a year, I realized that it’s time to get back to the healthy lifestyle I was so used to before. Alas, the Arbonne 30-Day Feeling Fit kit. I used the same Arbonne products recommended in the kit about two years ago with huge success, so I’m hoping to have the same outcome the second time around. What I love so much about this Kit and its products are that they genuinely transform your mentality towards nourishing your own body, and it eventually transforms your entire way of life. After my first experience, I didn’t automatically go back to eating all the Kit recommended I avoid. I actually ended up coming close to maintaining a vegan diet. (But anyone who has been to South America will tell you that is next to impossible.)
I plan on using this blog for somewhat of a selfish purpose; to vent to you all about the struggles I will inevitably face as well as the victories and triumphs (I hope) that will also come my way. Here, I will post my daily shakes, meals, snacks, etc., along with the recipes and maybe even some pictures if I’m feeling artsy, but let’s not get ahead of ourselves. I’ll also be documenting my feelings (gasp!) and how they will be changing, most likely for the better. Now I just want to be clear this is my personal experience with the Arbonne Essentials 30-Day Feeling Fit Kit, and just because I am feeling one way doesn’t mean you should be too. (Actually, on any other occasion I would never recommend, nor wish, for you to copy my feelings. I’ve been told I’m a tad over emotional, but I think that’s only regarding anything Marvel and really good sushi.)
Any of us who have decided to change our normal diets for the purpose of a better lifestyle can all agree that we turn into crazy people when deprived of certain foods, and even though it only takes a few days for our bodies to acclimate, the certain mood swings, hanger (yes I mean hanger with an “a”, combing “hunger” and “anger” because, let’s face it, they are usually one in the same) and the insane cravings that will be apparent in my life for the next thirty days might be a little easier to handle if I have a place to furiously type out how I’m feeling and how badly I want anything cheesy. Now, I don’t want this blog to scare any of you away from the 30-Day Feeling Fit Kit. It will be a challenge, but then again nothing good ever came easy. I’ll also be writing about the many, many positive effects this change will have on my mind, body and spirit, and hopefully my life in general. Unfortunately, seeing as how I work full time, the ability to post daily is slim, I do however plan on writing everything down and creating a large post every few days containing all the information you want to know (and sometimes information you don’t want to know. Sorry, beggars can’t be choosers!) So for any of you readers out there who are also currently indulging in the Arbonne Essentials 30-Day Feeling Fit Kit, feel free to tweet me @cjzmorck with your thoughts, experiences, recipes, or comments about the Arbonne Essentials products. And if there is something you’d like to see me post more of, just let me know and it will magically appear on screen (in the following post). :] Happy nourishing my fellow Arbonners!
